A copy of the participants’ badge has been mailed to all the confirmed attendees.
Please remind to print out your badge in A4 format and always bring it with you during the Workshop days. NO badges distribution is made on site. The Organizing Secretariat provides to participants necklace and badge holder.
Only badge holders will be admitted to the appropriate sessions, exhibition and social events.


The certificate of attendance will be downloadable from the website using your personal credentials sent by e-mail, starting from July 12th, 2019.

For Sponsored Groups: Please note that to send the certificate of attendance to each participant, we will need the personal e-mail address of each participant.Certificate of attendance could be delivered only to registered participants who attended the congress.


The European NTM & Bronchiectasis Workshop has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 16 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

Following EBAP’s evaluation, the CME activity of the European NTM & Bronchiectasis Workshop has been accredited by EBAP for 15 European CME credits covering the whole program.

To obtain your certificate please log in with your personal log-in credentials sent by mail on the website, and complete the questionnaire. Credits’ certificates will be available from July 12th to July 19th, 2019. After this date they will not be available anymore.


English is the official language of the Congress. No simultaneous translation will be provided.


The Congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to Congress participants, either during or as a result of the Congress. Registration does not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that you take an insurance policy of your choice as you register for the Congress and book your travel.


The Secretariat will be pleased to send letters of invitation to any individual making such request. A letter of invitation often facilitates the procedure of obtaining a Visa. Please note that the letter is not a commitment on the part of the Conference to provide any financial support.


The secretariat desk will open on Saturday, July 6th from 12.00 (noon) and will be open as follow:

  • July 6th: 12.00 – 20.30 (end of the Welcome Ceremony)
  • July 7th: 08.00 am – 6.00 pm
  • July 8th : 08.00 am – 14.00 pm (end of the Workshop)

Exhibition Set up: the set up and dismantling of the exhibition area will be accessible only for sponsors which booked an exhibition booth.

  • Set up time: July 6th from 11.00 am to 13.00 pm
  • Dismantling time: July 8th from 14.00 pm to 18.00 pm
